Olivia Hubner, LCSW

I completed my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in social work at the University of Wisconsin- Madison. I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed school social worker. I have experience in a range of social work fields including child protective services, school social work, and mental health.
I have training across the lifespan and experience working with both youth and adults. I strive to meet clients where they are at and work with a strengths-based perspective. I believe that people are doing the best they can with the resources they have. I strongly value building relationships with clients and believe that to be the foundation in our work. I use a range of therapeutic techniques including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy to support client-driven goals. I like to incorporate mindfulness and physical movement such as yoga exercises into my practice.
I have lived in the Madison community for 12 years and love to support local businesses and attend area events. I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
