Psychotherapist

I see you, I hear you, and I take you seriously.

Therapy offers a space where you do not need to perform, explain everything perfectly, or carry your experiences alone. Together, we slow down, bring awareness to what feels overwhelming or unclear, and allow meaningful change to emerge naturally.

My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy and shaped by national and international training in this depth-oriented approach. I focus on authentic dialogue, present-moment awareness, and the living connection between past experiences and current patterns. Rather than quick solutions, our work supports deeper understanding, emotional integration, and lasting transformation.

While my specialties include complex trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, I work with adolescents and adults across a wide range of experiences, including life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, grief and loss, and personal development. Many clients come feeling disconnected from themselves or uncertain about how to move forward; therapy becomes a space to rediscover clarity, strength, and authentic direction.

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and deeply human. You will be met with warmth and respect, while also gently invited into new awareness and growth. My role is not to change who you are, but to help you reconnect with yourself in ways that feel real and sustainable.
Originally from Bulgaria, my journey across cultures informs my appreciation for resilience, individuality, and the complexity of each person’s story. I believe meaningful healing happens through awareness, relationship, and the courage to meet yourself honestly.
